Study in contrasts

I am always delighted to wake up to a frosty morning. Our environment becomes completely transformed for a short time. This metal ring on my neighbour’s dock was particularly spectacular.

A couple of nights ago I was able to watch and capture the crescent moon setting on the opposite shore of our lake. The video of still images covers in about 30 seconds what in reality took 2 minutes. Enjoy!
