Occasionally, we hear a whole lot of caw-cawing out on the point. This typically means there is a treat to the crows, their young or their dinner. This time the threat was an eagle. Two crows took turns dive bombing the eagle.

Ok I have a question. Is the crow trying to defend his nest or is the Eagle defending her nest. I bet the Eagle is robbing the crows nest?

Dave, I’m pretty sure the crows have a nest nearby and were determined to let the eagle know they don’t want him/her any where near it. Actually, ravens were a more lethal threat.
