Blue lake and rocky shore

I will return once more

Where the Michipicoten River meets the edge of Lake Superior, is a beautiful sand beach and rocky outcrop.  Securely situated on that rugged point is a quaint, historic retreat.  Rock Island Lodge invites one to escape and/or explore.  I wish my stay there had been long enough to do both.  I hope to return once more.

    1. Glad you like the picture. You have an incredibly beautiful place there. Wish we were able to extend our stay. I will definitely return!
