I love the views our lakeside home affords!  The vista is constantly changing.  It’s no wonder I love blue and white so much!  The lake surface and sky above provide variations moment to moment.  I couldn’t resist the opportunity to try my hand at reflective scenes after a rain this particular evening. First attempts were in a westerly direction where the sun was setting.

That seemed like a good idea but the buildings in the foreground, relatively speaking, are not the most attractive.

Look a little closer:

I changed the angle of my camera from west to south and tried again.
If you look real close on the right hand side you can just catch a hint of our yellow Beaver parked at the dock.
